"I wish I had this training years ago. It made me realize how much I can improve my current system and how easy it can be. Great instructor and a great class in general. Thank you!" |
In this version of the course, Randy tailors all program and software demonstrations to the MS Outlook environment, and shows extensively how MS Outlook can be a center point to an advanced personal productivity and time management system. Randy will help you understand how many of the different functions within Microsoft Outlook were designed for enhanced productivity, and give great suggestions on how you can get so much more from this powerful and amazingly useful software program.
This program helps MS Outlook users to get much more out of the standard functions and features of Microsoft Outlook, and is taught from the perspective that Outlook can be the centerpoint for an advanced personal productivity and time/life management system. Attendees will learn how to get more advanced usage from the basic functions in Outlook, including the calendar tool, address book/contacts function, task list, and notes pad. Users will also benefit from learning much of the content that is shared in Randy's very popular Taming the E-mail Beast course, providing extensive strategies on how to better manage your e-mail inbox and e-mail account in total for increased productivity and personal sanity. You will also learn how Outlook can interact with other devices, from low tech (paper notebooks and planners) to high tech (PDA devices), and also how it integrates with your other office/workspace organization systems. (To see a listing of included content, click here to see a PDF talksheet on the program.
Depending on the client need, Randy can deliver this course in a shortened format (90 - 180 minutes -- providing more of a "highlights" version of the course), rather than the typical longer form of the program (half- to full-day -- providing more time for individual exercises to better prepare them for greater depth of usage).
