This August, Randy Dean, President of Randall Dean Consulting & Training, LLC, completed yet another very successful seminar on Email and Information Overload for an internal department at the University of Michigan, coordinated by their HRD group. 100% of the program attendees stated that they would “recommend the program to others” (top-two-box) with 70% of that group “strongly agreeing” that they would recommend Randy. Randy again was praised as a presenter with comments such as: “I learned a lot! His presentation is energetic, informative, and it makes sense.” Another attendee mentioned, “I think he has it perfected” when asked about how to improve his presentation. Randy is scheduled to return to the University of Michigan several times in coming months to lead both closed-staff departmental training sessions and open enrollment courses through UM HRD.
