Randall Dean presents one-hour program on Time Management Principles and Useful PDA Tips to Detroit Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants.

February 15, 2005 - Detroit,  Michigan

Randall Dean, owner and founder of Randall Dean Consulting & Training, presented a one hour discussion to the Detroit Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants this evening.  The first half of the speech covered some of Dean's self-developed theories on how to become a better overall time and life manager, and get the most satisfaction and fulfillment from both your work and personal life.  The second half of the speech then switched gears and gave the users a series of fun and useful tips on how to use their PDA device as a more proactive time management and organization tool.

Gary Kapanowski, current Treasurer and President-Elect of the Detroit Chapter of the IMA (http://www.imamichigan.org/detroit/), had this to say about the program, "I really enjoyed how you linked both personal and work activities into a single combined task list in your electronic organizer.  This can provide many benefits including less redundancy, improved on-time deliverables, and more effective communication."  The program was particularly relevant for the audience that night, as it was the chapter's annual awards program for high-achieving college students and recent graduates.  Randy's speech provided them with insights at the very start of their career on how to maximize their time and effectiveness, as well as their personal satisfaction and happiness, in both their career and life moving forward.
