In addition to his popular live programs at conferences, company/university training sessions, meetings, and events, Randy also often leads programs in live streaming webinar programs. Randy recently received his Certified Virtual Presenter (CVP) designation by eSpeakers, with testing of both his webinar delivery systems as well as his content/delivery methods.

He also now has several of his programs listed on numerous popular e-learning web sites, including recent replay of several of his recent live webinars, with specific videos for those using Gmail, “Classic” Outlook, and the New/Web Outlook.

He is also working on his new and fully updated multi-video series on “Mastering Microsoft 365” including videos on Taming the E-mail Beast for Outlook Users (for those using Classic Outlook and/0r New/Web Outlook), Time/Project/People/Task Management for Outlook Users, and new videos on OneNote, OneDrive, Planner & To Do, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Copilot.
